One of the most famous inventors of all time, Thomas Alva Edison was responsible for inventions that changed modern life, such as the incandescent light bulb, the phonograph, and the motion picture camera. Not only was Edison a renowed inventor, but he was also a prominent manufacturer and successful businessman. Called the "Wizard of Menlo Park", Edison filed over 1,000 patents with the U.S. Patent Office in his lifetime. Through this WebQuest, you will discover interesting information about the life of Thomas Alva Edison.
